Payment Information

When a payment is made, very little data is collected by us. Payments are handled externally by either PayPal or Stripe, depending on what payment method you chose. At no time do we see any information regarding payment cards or corresponding numbers.

If you would like to see what information Stripe and PayPal hold or process about you, please contact them respectively.


If you provide any images to Steeple Designs, either via the website or externally, you should ensure that they are either your photos/images, or that you have permission to use them. All images provided by Steeple Designs, are licences and authorised. Please contact Steeple Designs for licencing information. Any images provided to us will have metadata removed, so as to protect your information further (such as GPS coordinates etc).

Contact Forms & Emails

If you use the contact form on our website, then we will receive this information that you provided. This information is sent to exclusively and is not released to anyone else. Any emails sent directly to are kept by us for reference.


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. We retain your data for up to 12 months. If you have a subscription, then this will be longer to further service your needs in relation to your website.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Your Rights

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.


If required to by law, we may share your website information with authorities in the interest of crime prevention and detection. This will only be if absolutely required to by law.
